Our brief from the team behind Apollo was simple - to show them we have the corporate credentials, relevant experience and creativity to launch the first pure multi asset management business into the UK market. With almost twenty-one years of experience in financial services marketing and an award-winning combination of creative and technical skills we knew that ultimately the 'brand idea' was going to win the pitch. We set about by really getting under the skin of the business to help us visually represent its personality.
The logo mark is inspired by their aspiration for multi asset investments to form a core component of an investment portfolio... it's also illustrative of the five partners running the business. Luckily for us the Apollo team has also been brave enough to embrace bright colours! We think this creates stand-out in an industry often criticised for over-reliance on the colour blue (amongst others!). This modern graphical style has another advantage - it's not reliant on the use of imagery which means it's a budgetary bonus at times where every penny spent on marketing is under even more scrutiny.
