Make your marketing budget work harder
for you

This uncertain financial climate is impacting all marketing budgets so when our friends at the charity FIT* asked us to help them reinvent the iconic Six Acre Standard in a new incarnation fit for the 21st century (no pun intended) we knew we had to think more cost effectively than ever. This is like a bible for architects, local authorities, schools...anyone planning to design something outside for recreational purposes. Importantly for a charity it’s also a revenue generator!

With in excess of a hundred pages, the format needed to be really flexible as well as easy to use and durable (imagine it being used on site) so we designed a branded polypropylene ring binder with colour coded sections. The content design follows a simple graphic style, printing just two colours while the tabbed section dividers incorporate full colour photography of people playing outside. Importantly the sections can easily be updated which keeps production costs to a minimum in the long-term.

Our client says:
“Renaming our flagship publication and producing it in an entirely different format was a somewhat daunting prospect and one we knew we had to get absolutely right! The fantastic new design is easily recognisable as a Fields in Trust publication and we’ve had great feedback so far commending us for producing a document that is modern, user-friendly and attractive. The team at Abstracts were a joy to work with – despite our endless amendments! – and really understood the importance and what we were trying to achieve with the new publication.”
