The London Stock Exchange asked us to create a brand identity for the new Specialist Fund Market - a regulated market for specialist investment funds, targeting institutional, professional and highly knowledgeable investors. It's the first of its kind in the world and has been created due to demand from the investment community. As a sub-brand of the Exchange the new logo identity needs to feel modern, innovative and international without losing sight of the weight of status and history associated with the Exchange brand.
The logo mark is inspired by the Exchange's powerful position at the centre of international trading. The colour palette is modern and vibrant, reflective of the specialist nature of the market whilst the accompanying imagery represents its core values of innovation, uniqueness, strategy and transparency.
